How to pay
- Open your Sendbit wallet and select Pay → QR code.
- Scan the code, upload its image or paste a supported payment link.
- Check the merchant name and total in rubles.
- Confirm and check the result in the wallet.
Which QR codes work?
QR payment availability depends on the code and merchant. Not every code is supported. Use a compatible Russian payment QR code and confirm the merchant’s details before approving.
If the payment does not appear
Check the payment status and balance. If funds were taken but the merchant did not confirm the purchase, keep the receipt and contact official support. Do not pay again until the status is clear.
Refunds
The merchant processes refunds according to its own policy. Check the original payment and any refund status in your wallet.
