How to verify your identity
Identity verification is required to use Sendbit. Complete it in the wallet itself, not on the information website.
Using a Russian passport
- Open the personal wallet and start verification.
- Follow the instructions and provide the required passport details or photos in the protected wallet area.
- Check the details and submit. Follow any additional confirmation requests.
Using Gosuslugi
- If offered, select verification through Gosuslugi.
- Sign in on the official authorization screen and review the information to be shared.
- Return to Sendbit and confirm the result.
If verification fails
Check whether the photos and information meet the wallet’s instructions. If the issue persists, contact official support and describe the step where it occurred. Do not send documents in ordinary chats.
